Paul Wylam is a founding partner of Wylam & Georgetti. With over 20 years of experience litigating medical legal matters, Paul joined forces with long-time colleague, Dominick Georgetti, in October 2021 and formed Wylam & Georgetti, LLC. The firm expanded and strengthened the attorneys’ dedication to the defense of medical malpractice claims on behalf of its clients. Paul represents physicians, physician groups, and hospitals in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Admitted to the bar in 1998, Paul has successfully defended medical malpractice matters, including those involving catastrophic injuries to final disposition. Paul is also a certified federal mediator in the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to admission to the bar, including while attending law school, Paul worked for almost a decade as a claims specialist for State Farm Insurance and brings this experience to bear on his practice today. Paul is a member of the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He has been an invited speaker before various medical professionals, including doctors, residents, mid-levels, and nurses. He has presented on various topics involving medical legal issues and mock depositions.
